No doubt that Yoga is a life changing practice. Experience thousand years of revolution, the definition and the function of Yoga keep changing through time and culture. In order to benefit people’s overall wellbeing in the modern age through Yoga wisdom, I insist to build the bridge between “ancient” and “now”, between “body” and “mind”, to keep the content of Yoga connect to our daily life.

To service this goal, there are three parts I take care of in my teaching :

1. Mental health

2. Physical health

3. The bridge between “physical health” to “mental health” to achieve an overall body-mind wellness.
